Elav and I are Engaged

I am at Elav’s thanksgiving this year again. Next year I will be at my family’s! I can’t wait.

BUT the big news this year is that Elav and I are engaged. I am engaged to Elav to be married. Weird… it’s just a bunch of words to me that don’t make me feel any different. I am engaged. Nope, still nothing. hehe

I think as the word gets out and its a reality “out there” and not just between Eef and I that it will feel more real. But anyway, I’m excited. We don’t have any firm plans yet except that we want to get married next May or August. One of the two… more later :)

Theories Paper

Pretty much my weekend has consisted of: a) reading 16 journal articles, 3 books and 3 articles (I still need 2 more books or journal articles) and b) writing about what I’ve read. Just in case anyone is wondering, it’s a lot of work. Saturday I spent ten to twelve hours reading those 16 journal articles.

Anyway, that is my life. 22 more days until my Theories Paper is due.

New Computer

A few weeks ago my old computer timed out and I bought a new computer with Vista. The point is that it feels really good to have a working computer that has virus protection and all sorts of spam protection (btw, if you are a spammer and reading this, I know you can hack into my system… but please don’t!). I like that fact that my computer keeps running without me babysitting it (like I had to do with my old one).

That’s all I’ve got today. I’m researching big time for my research paper: 26 days until its due.

Sleeping In Rocks!

Today is the first day since September 4th that I’ve been able to sleep in past 830am!   And boooy did it feel good.
